2. Scope

This policy covers personal information collected when you use the Match Deals website (matchdeals.in), send broking enquiries (buy or rent in Mumbai or Pune) via WhatsApp, email, or phone, or otherwise contact us about property matching and site visits.

Match Deals CRM is a separate product we are building for brokers (lead and follow-up tools). Where CRM accounts exist, CRM data is handled for that product under the same proprietorship; it is not the primary purpose of this public website.

Match Deals is not a bank, ecommerce store, mobile-recharge service, shipping company, or affiliate marketplace checkout. We do not process retail payments or recharge transactions through this site.

3. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, WhatsApp)
• Broking enquiry details (buy/rent preference, city/locality, budget, property type, timeline, owner listing notes)
• Communications you send to our WhatsApp number or mailboxes
• Technical data such as browser type, device, and basic server logs when you visit matchdeals.in
• CRM data (if you use Match Deals CRM): leads, notes, and follow-up history you or your organisation enter

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers for ecommerce, recharge, or shipping checkouts, because those services are outside our broking business.

4. How we use information

• To respond to buy/rent enquiries and match suitable properties in Mumbai and Pune
• To arrange site visits and support deal closing
• To contact owners or counterparties as needed for a legitimate broking purpose
• To operate and improve Match Deals CRM where you have a CRM account
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations (including RERA-related duties where applicable)

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share enquiry details with owners, buyers, tenants, or other parties only as needed to progress a legitimate property match you requested, with service providers who help us host the site or CRM (under confidentiality), or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

We retain broking enquiry and communication records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. CRM account data is retained while the account is active and thereafter as required by law. You may request deletion of contact enquiries subject to lawful retention needs.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices

9. Children

Match Deals is intended for adults engaging in real-estate transactions. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
