By accessing or using the Match Deals mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Match Deals is a real-estate platform that helps brokers, property owners, buyers and tenants match property listings and requirements based on location and budget logic. We provide tools for managing listings, requirements and leads. We are not a party to any actual property transaction.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your listings and requirements.
• You are responsible for verifying all property details independently before entering into any transaction.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any actions taken using your account.

4. Property Listings & Brokerage

Match Deals is a technology platform only. We do not guarantee:

• The authenticity, completeness or legality of any property listing.
• The performance, conduct or reliability of any broker, owner or client.
• Any specific outcome such as a successful deal or rental agreement.

Any brokerage terms, commission percentages or payments are agreed directly between the parties involved (for example, between broker and client). Match Deals is not responsible for enforcing these arrangements.

5. WhatsApp & Communication

If you choose to receive WhatsApp messages or campaigns from Match Deals, you consent to being contacted on your provided number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

You may opt out of such communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions in the message or by contacting us directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, code and features of the Service are the property of Match Deals or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Match Deals and its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Match Deals from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

9. Modifications to the Service & Terms

We may update or modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page or within the app. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
