1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Match Deals website (matchdeals.in) and related real-estate broking services operated by Azim Shiraj Saboowala (Proprietorship) trading as Match Deals. By using the site or contacting us for buy/rent help in Mumbai or Pune, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What Match Deals is

Match Deals provides real-estate broking: matching buyers and tenants with properties, helping owners list for sale or rent, arranging visits, and supporting closing — primarily in Mumbai and Pune.

We are:

• A real-estate brokerage (MahaRERA registered)
• Not a bank or financial institution
• Not an ecommerce store, shipping company, or mobile-recharge service
• Not an affiliate marketplace checkout for consumer goods

Match Deals CRM is a separate software product we are building for brokers to manage leads and follow-ups. CRM use may be subject to additional product terms when access is granted. This public website is for broking enquiries, not a CRM early-access storefront.

We do not impersonate other brands, banks, or platforms.

3. Listings on this website

Property cards shown on this website are illustrative samples only. They are not binding offers to sell or rent. Live availability and pricing are confirmed only after you contact us (WhatsApp or email).

4. Enquiries and communications

When you WhatsApp +91-8698021430 or email info@matchdeals.in / support@matchdeals.in, you ask us to process your requirement for broking purposes. Provide accurate information. We may contact you and relevant counterparties to progress a match.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our channels for unlawful property transactions or misrepresentation
• Submit content or documents you do not have rights to share
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or abuse the website
• Use Match Deals branding to imply affiliation with banks, app stores, ecommerce, or other brands we do not represent

6. RERA and professional duties

Azim Shiraj Saboowala (Proprietorship) trading as Match Deals holds MahaRERA registration A031262501216, valid 26 May 2025 – 25 May 2030. Parties to a transaction remain responsible for accurate disclosures, registrations, and compliance required by law.

7. Mobile apps

Android and iOS applications are in progress. Older store listings may be outdated. This website does not provide Google Play or App Store download links.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and related materials are owned by Azim Shiraj Saboowala / Match Deals or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the services.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a particular property will be available, that a match will close, or that sample listing data is current. Property decisions remain yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Match Deals and Azim Shiraj Saboowala shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or broking communications. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website or unpaid broking enquiries shall not exceed fees you actually paid us for a specific engagement in the three months preceding the claim (or zero if no fees were paid).

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or limit access for misuse, legal reasons, or operational needs. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
