Delete your Match Deals account

How to request deletion

Match Deals (Azim Shiraj Saboowala, proprietorship) provides account deletion for users of the Match Deals mobile app (com.matchdeals.app) and Match Deals CRM accounts.

1. Email support@matchdeals.in with the subject line Account deletion request, or WhatsApp +91-8698021430 with the same words.
2. Include the phone number or email used to register, and (if you have it) your app or CRM username.
3. We will verify it is your account, then delete the account and associated personal data as described below.

You do not need to stay signed in to the app to use this web process. Deleting the app from your phone alone does not delete your account on our servers — please send the request above.

What we delete

Within 30 days of verifying your request, we delete or anonymise:

• Account profile (name, phone, email, login credentials)
• App or CRM profile settings and preferences stored with that account
• Lead, enquiry, and message history tied only to that account, where we are not required to keep them

What we may keep

We may retain limited information when the law or legitimate business needs require it, for example:

• Records needed for tax, accounting, RERA, or dispute resolution
• Backup copies for a short period until they rotate off our systems
• Information we must keep under Indian law

Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is not used for marketing.

Timeline

We aim to confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days after verification. You will get a short confirmation by email or WhatsApp when the account is deleted.
